VH1 has just released the trailer for it's new show, "Love & Hip Hop". The show is set to showcase the lives of ex G-Unit First Lady Olivia, Rapper Swizz Beats ex-wife Mashonda, Rapper Fabulous' girlfriend Emily B, aspiring lyricist Somaya, and Rapper Jim Jones' girlfriend Chrissy. The show seems to bare a strong resemblance to VH1's basketball wives with a hip hop feel. Some of the ladies seem to be more genuine than other's but that's left to be determined when the show actually airs. I'm sure there will be lots of DRAMA to keep the audience satisfied. And I do wonder how in depth Mashonda will go about her divorce as it was reported that Swizz put a gag-order on Mashonda to stop discussing his relationship with Ms. A. Keys in 2009. Colored Curlies! She's Fly
Curly Girls have been using color to spice up their ringlets kinks and curls. I recently took the PLUNGE and got a few hairline highlights courtesy of the HairRules Salon in NYC. I must say, the color, however subtle, brightens up my face and add's that extra UMPH to my curls. Of course i'll be back with pictures as well a HairRules Salon review. Let's just say, I made my next appointment before I was out of the styling chair :)

- Moisture is VERY important for your curls whether you have color treated hair or not. Process treated hair should be moisturize as much as possible so plan to add that extra deep condition and/or pre-poo to your weekly regime.
